What's Wrong With Her

She steps out of the room in tears,
A blackened-blue reflects the mirror,
His hand goes up, she hides in fear,
Clutching her shirt, she screams like,
Sirens through the night,
Adrenaline drives him to the light

Distraught and crazed, he hits her again,
What's wrong with her,
Is she drawn to his good looks, his car

His mind so far, He used the bottle as a great excuse,
She can't help herself this time,
Digging a hole too deep to find,
The lies that lie beneath the dirt,
Months pass and her love begins to fall,
Ripped and torn like a rag-doll

That's seen better days, but lives through them all,
Down on his knees he says that he'll never do it again,
Caught by his lies she trusts in him,
Captured by his trap she'll never learn,
Pathetic, Ignorant, Your life is full of torment!
